This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to your participation in the Kyosk Affiliate Program. The purpose of this Program is to allow you to earn commissions by referring new artisans and employers to our platform.
To begin the enrollment process, you must be a registered user on Kyosk. You can access your unique referral code from your dashboard. We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate status if we find your promotional methods are inappropriate or violate our standards.
Kyosk operates a commission-based system. When a user registers using your referral code and completes their first successful transaction (as an employer or artisan), you will receive a one-time referral bonus credited to your Kyosk wallet.
Affiliates are expected to promote Kyosk ethically:
Referral bonuses are paid directly into your Kyosk wallet. You can withdraw these funds using the standard withdrawal process on our platform, subject to minimum payout thresholds.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination, you will immediately cease using your referral code and our branding. Any commissions earned prior to termination will be paid out as per our standard schedule.
We may modify any of the terms and conditions in this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of changes via the platform or email.
